name is Gary Meger. I have been a mortgage consultant since 1973 and am a
lifetime resident of Barrie. Do I know Mortgages? I have helped thousands of Barrie and area people with great mortgage products and advice. My only business is mortgages. devote all of my time to you, providing world class service. I walk with
you through the entire mortgage process, listening, truly
understanding and addressing your needs. What will it cost me? I heard you charge a fee? We are compensated from the lender, (not you, the borrower). We are only paid when we have successfully completed in helping our clients. We are therefore motivated to help you (not like most bank mortgage people who are paid a salary).
